At some point, these units have been returned to Curallux through our RMA process either by a verified reseller or end-customer, who may or may not have unboxed the unit.

Regardless of the device's original sale and use history, these devices are re-entered into our manufacturing processes to meet rework standards set forth by the US FDA. We have stringent quality standards in place, which include replacement and sanitation of parts to recondition the unit to be like-new. For all intents and purposes, the customer is receiving a like-new unit with the same manufacturer warranty which new units receive.
