At Curallux, we prioritize excellence in quality of product and service above all else. Anything less than the best is unacceptable. We offer products for all budgets with financing through 3rd parties to make our products more affordable.

Here are some of the reasons why Capillus devices are not cheap:

• We assemble every individual laser device in our US facility and do not outsource production at the expense of quality. We manufacture all our Capillus laser therapy devices by hand in our ISO13485:2016 certified facility in Miami in order to have complete control over quality. Our ISO13485:2016 certification means we meet the highest quality standards for the industry of medical device manufacturing and service.
• We only use the best materials for our products. At Curallux we go through rigorous supplier evaluations and do not accept inferior raw materials. We use only medical grade lasers and never compromise with the quality of our light sources (we never use LEDs in our laser therapy products).
• All of our sales & support agents are based in our corporate headquarters in Miami, Florida. We provide dedicated customer service by agents who are experts on our products and policies. We do not sacrifice quality by outsourcing to call centers who are not subject matter experts.
• We stand behind our products with excellence in warranty service. All warranty service is also performed at our ISO certified manufacturing facility in Miami where we work with our customers to quickly respond to any warranty claim with quick service turnaround.
• Capillus does not imitate, we innovate.  We invest a considerable amount of money into research and development to stay at the forefront on new product innovations. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our products and better serve our customers.  Our staff are highly trained and experienced in medical device design and production, and our products are accepted worldwide.
• We strive to provide the most premium laser devices in the market with the required safety and efficacy clearances required from regulatory agencies as well as our customers.
